In this treatment medicated lukewarm oil / herbal decoction / medicated milk /medicated buttermilk is poured continuously over the head region.This benefits in Anxiety, Insomnia, Premature graying of hair & Hair loss, Reduces VATA imbalance & revitalizes the nervous system.Shirodhara is a specific treatment for hair loss. Herein, the patient lies down on his back on a special type of table. Thereafter, warm oil is continuously poured over his forehead. In certain cases, milk or buttermilk is also used as a replacement for oil. The procedure nourishes the brain cells, scalp channels, roots of hair and provides overall nourishment to the nervous system.
