Abhyanga Snana is a warm oil massage for conditioning the body. It is done with two therapists working on either side of the patient and administers on seven standard positions. An Ayurvedic physician assess you and will then decide on the appropriate oils and the exact way of massage. After the treatment, the patient is given medicated bath. Abhyanga is part of the preparatory measure of Panchakarma treatment in ayurveda. It increases tissue strength, improves blood circulation, rejuvenates the whole body, removes the Cellulite, delays aging, induces sound sleep, pacifies Vata imbalance, reduces stress and removes toxins.
